Roles And Responsibility :-Daily Checking of Reports Bank Balances, Daily collection & Bank Position, and posting of the same in groups.-Preparation of Daily Inflow Outflow Report VGR.-Handling of Banking process and accordingly instructions to team members.-Handling of Cash and keeping a record of the same. Maintaining separate files and records for personal nature expenses.-Month-wise Salary provision entries, PF Entries of VGR, VGR Plus LLP.TDS Working on Monthly Basis, Online Payment of TDS, Entries in Tally, Filling of Challans and Challan details updation in Excel File - Non-Salary & salary for VGR, VGR Plus LLP.-Quarterly preparation of TDS Returns - Non-Salary & salary for VGR, VGR Plus LLP-Preparation of Working for GST Return on Monthly Basis, Online Payment of GST, Entries in Tally, Filling of GST Returns for VGR, VGR Plus LLP.-Reconciliation of GST ITC with 2A on a Monthly basis for VGR, VGR Plus LLP Payments of PT on a yearly basis and its returns - VGR & LLP.-Preparation of Working for PT returns and Filling of Return on a yearly basis of VGR, VGR Plus-TDS Receivable entries as per 26AS VGR, VGR Plus LLP.-GST, Income Tax, TDS Notice Related : Preparation of necessary details and documents required for submission, necessary co-ordinations & Explanations to auditors with reference to notice-Checking of Tally entries on a regular basis & necessary corrections if required.-Books closing according to final Income Tax Audit.-Reconciliation of GST Payable as per books and final audit and accordingly passing of necessary entries.-GST Audit and Annual Return workings on yearly basis. Necessary coordination explanations, Reply to Audit Queries to auditors while conducting Audit.-Income Tax Audit related - Necessary Co-ordination, Explanations, Reply to Audit Queries & workings required to auditors while conducting the audit.
