Supervising and Managing Field Staff:Assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and addressing any issues that may ariseEnsuring Safety and Compliance:Adhering to safety regulations, ensuring all personnel follow proper procedures, and addressing any safety concernsProject Management:Planning, organizing, and directing field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time.Communication and Collaboration:Maintaining clear communication with management, clients, and field staff, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status.

Sourcing and replacing manpower , training and briefing , documentation, co-ordination with HO and client, manage and maintain daily attendance etc., manage the team with good relationship.

I. Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in theexecution field.2 Recruit. train, and supervise field personnel including Recee, Spiderman, and Execution boys (for Low Rise. High Rise, and Impact Walls). Wall Painters, helpers. and contractors.3. Distribute Adwallz registration forms and ensure all interested candidates fill out mandatoryregistration forms.4. Provide daily planning updates in the morning, submit reports every evening, and collaborate with the Adwallz backend team.5. Conduct city-wide and also other cities travel to:- Capture pictures of walls suitable for advertising.- Gather information on under-construction sites, contractors and project timelines.- Compile a database of contacts for wall and building painters and facade cleaners.- Collect data from hardware shops regarding building painters and their specialties.- Identify buildings suitable for advertising through wall paintings and obtain necessary approvals from Owners or relevant authorities.- Maintain accurate records of all collected data and prepare detailed reports highlighting key findings and potential leads.6. Learn Google Earth and train the team on its usage.7. Owning a two-wheeler is mandatory to apply for this role.

Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.-Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts-Mainly focusing on Top A&B class outlets-Converting Dormant buyers.-Credit Analysis and recovery.-Building business relationships with current and potential Buyers-Assisting buyers with promotional and other offers-Resolving key issues which might be facing.-Collaborating with the Manager on sales goals & highlighting key issues
