The Job Opening for Customer Support Engineer. Candidate Has to Install and Assist in Computer Installation, Customer Complaints.

Conduct field visits to customer site, provide installation services for new machines, provide service and repair for in-warranty machines

Candidate should have the Knowledge of Parts Re-paring, PCB ,Motor , sensor ,or basic home automation products knowledge- person has to visit calls given by team, find issue and fix it and give report to team manager in HO- Installation of products on site, Sampling or demonstration of products at customer place, Repair of products on site- If Candidate is Fresher then he should be Smart and should have the knowledge of Circuit, Sensers and Motors- Preferable if he had experience in Mall Maintenance or any industries work- Candidate should be presentable because he have to visit all the premium clients- Travels allowance given by Company as per actual traveling- maintain spare parts stock on branch office , and report it to HO
