Below is the Job Description- Technical Support for resolution of Gateway, PC Cards, Embedded modules, Industry 4.0 & all Hilscher Products related queries of customers Troubleshoot, research, Bug reporting, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues. Evaluate and prepare technical mailers for customers. Provide response to requests for technical data, application data, test data and field issues. To provide complete technical support and product training to all customers. Ready to travel throughout India for customer support, installations etc. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks Provide a high level of technical support to the customer base with a high focus on business growth. Initiate and build relationships with customers to enhance long term business prospects Candidate with good English communication skills is preferred
