Human Resource Management End to End Recruitment
We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Madurai. This is a full-time position for female candidates with experience ranging from 0 to 5 years. The role will be performed primarily from home.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Sourcing Candidates:** Identify and attract potential candidates using various platforms like job boards, social media, and professional networks to build a strong talent pool.- **Screening Resumes:** Review submitted applications to shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience, ensuring they meet the job requirements.- **Conducting Interviews:** Schedule and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, compatibility, and potential fit within the company culture.- **Coordinating with Hiring Managers:** Liaise with department heads to understand their hiring needs and requirements, ensuring alignment in the recruitment process.- **Managing Job Postings:** Create and manage job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are appealing and effectively communicate job responsibilities and qualifications.- **Maintaining Candidate Database:** Keep accurate records of applicants and maintain a well-organized database for easy access and tracking.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members. Strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with recruitment software and online job portals is a plus. An understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment is beneficial.
