Conducts laboratory tests (simple pointof care tests) as per the protocols and also as advised by the Medical Officer.4. Initiates Telemedicine consultation for Newly diagnosed /Existing Cases of HTN/DM.5. Gudiance to the patients on the nearest govt health facilities for availing further management.6. Counsels and educates beneficiaries, as per specific need in personalizing, substance abuse, and physical activity.7. Dispenses medication as per the advice of medical officer.
