CRM ExecutiveResponsibilities Maintain the data of existing customers. Prepare regular business MIS and tracking MIS. Solve Customer query and provide them with required information as per policy of company. Generate additional and new business from the customers. Generate leads for the sales team. Mail proposals and quotation to customers. Customer business analysis and share the same with senior team.Requirement One to Three years of direct work experience in sales preferably in the Logistic industry. Good knowledge about the Industry. Familiarity with different Computer techniques/tools. Strong verbal and written communication Good listening skills. Self-driven attitude.
