Clearly explaining and articulating the course details and clarifying doubts about the course Understanding Candidates needs, questions, and offering solutions and support Creating, updating, and maintaining the list/database/CRM of prospect candidates Achieve the given targets. Reviewing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics Building prospective candidates pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales Follow up with potential candidates until the admission process. Coordinate with candidate and Internal Team until the joining/closing process Upskill and train regularly on the updates provided for the course content and course offerings. Work with the marketing team and other teams and give regular feedback.
