• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential candidates.
• Clearly explaining and articulating the course details and clarifying doubts about the course
• Understanding Candidate’s needs, questions, and offering solutions and support
• Creating, updating, and maintaining the list/database/CRM of prospect candidates
• Achieve the given targets.
• Reviewing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Building prospective candidates pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
• Follow up with potential candidates until the admission process.
• Coordinate with candidate and Internal Team until the joining/closing process
• Upskill and train regularly on the updates provided for the course content and course offerings.
• Work with the marketing team and other teams and give regular feedback.
