JOB DESCRIPTION 1 Designation :- Jr. Consultant Engineer (BD)2 Salary :- Not a constrained for right candidate, Standard initial salary from Rs 7000/- to 15000 /- PM (consolidated) without any extra benefit.( May slightly very as per quality standard of candidates )3 Allowance :- No extra allowance. Whenever required for official visit, extra benefit will be given as per actual. But incentives will be available basing on performance. 4 Any other facilities :- At present NO5 Educational Qualification :- Degree / Diploma ( civil )6 Minimum promising working period :- 2 years7 Place of posting :- Bhubaneswar8 Duty hours :- Negotiable, it will very as per requirement of day to day work with standard time of 8 hour.9 Gender :- Female only10 Service Period :- Initial introduction period is for 15 days, if found suitable then extended for 89 days & trained (during this period under taking will be taken for further working periods of 2 years), then if found suitable then service period will be extended / renewed. 11 Skilled required :- Technically sound in the field of civil engineering, software skilled on 2D & 3D drafting & structural designing must be with good motivation personality based on good team membership quality such as fully dedication, faith & believe. As & when required has to travel without any hesitation along with team during site visit or client office for presentation or liaising. And always ready to delivers the best satisfaction of team leader as per requirement in an outstanding manner.12 Job responsibility. :- Work for business development work using motivation personality & technical skills (Civil engineering planning, Structural designing & implementation) at office & field, as per requirement.
