The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in creating detailed drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Create Design Drawings:** Develop accurate design drawings for MEP systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and regulations.- **Collaboration with Engineers:** Work closely with engineering teams to understand project requirements and incorporate technical feedback into the designs.- **Maintain Documentation:** Keep all project documentation organized, including revisions and updates to drawings, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standards.- **3D Modeling:** Utilize software tools to create 3D models of MEP systems, helping visualize the layout and identify potential conflicts.- **Quality Control:** Review designs for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all drawings are error-free before submission for approvals.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates must possess an I.T.I. certification and have strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software is essential. 2+ years of experience in HVAC&R Drafting. Ability to design HVAC System and preparing BOQ. Preparation of AC Ventilation Duct sizing and layouts. Preparation of piping layout with sizes. Preparation of Measurement Sheet of ducting, piping, valves, HVAC EquipmentSummary. Preparation of SLD & GAD.

Designing of Supply Duct/ Return Air Duct ducting Design Layouts, Split, Packaged Air Conditioner, Cassette AC, VRF AC. Develop detailed mechanical designs for HVAC. Coordinate with customer and client to design, lay out, or detail components and systems. To resolve design or other problems. Review and incorporate redline. Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications / Heat load calculations. Prepares clear, complete and accurate working plans and detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes for projects. Transform client blueprints & design plans into computer generated models using CAD software. Pipe Designing Preparation of measurement sheets as per BOQ and Site Condition. BOQ / Quotation Preparation independently Attend the functional meetings with the team memberMust have Fundamental Engineering Knowledge and have knowledge of AUTOCAD & Sketchup- Model with good communication skills. Must speak English or Hindi (preferably both).Experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman in any kind of air conditioning systems like Split Air Conditioner, Ductable Air Conditioners, Packaged Air Conditioner, Cassette AC, VRF AC etc.

Preparation of heat load calculation for new projects and cross check if any doubt given by consultant. Preparation of duct calculation & pipe calculation as per given standards from consultant (or) as per ASHRAE. Refer books if any doubts in design. Equipment selections as per heat load calculation / site flexibility / client requirements. Copper pipe selection as per standard software. Prepare BOQ for offer. Site supervision work. Preparation of drawing as per site survey. Preparation of bill of material (BOM) as per given BOQ and final drawing Preparation of technical data sheet for client approval. Preparation of ducting, piping and equipment placement layout. Preparation of shop drawings for project beginning. Drawing revision work as per remarks and site conditions. Preparation of as build drawings to handing over the project. VRV selection/VRV pipe selection layout. Co-ordinate with Architects & Consultants and attend meetings as require. Providing back-office support (Selection/Quotation) to the sales team. Final Handover in terms of submitting drawing and handing over documents preparation and submission. Support to other department if need from design team.
