We collaborate with universities and students to simplify the path from enrollment to graduation.*Role Overview*We are looking for a dynamic Head of Counsellors & Marketing to lead our counselling operations and marketing strategy. The candidate will manage a team of academic counsellors, oversee student admissions, and drive both digital & offline marketing campaigns.*Key Responsibilities*1. Lead and mentor the Academic Counsellor team to achieve admission targets.2. Develop SOPs, training, and performance monitoring for counsellors.3. Strategize and execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email, WhatsApp).4. Build and manage offline outreach (seminars, school tie-ups, partnerships).5. Track ROI of marketing spend and optimize campaigns.6. Collaborate with universities for marketing & admissions growth.7. Monitor funnel: Leads Counselling Applications Enrollments.8. Present performance reports and strategic plans to management.*Candidate Profile**Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related fields.**Experience: 610 years (at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role in Education/EdTech/Admissions).**Female Candidates Only**Skills Required:*1.
