Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, allocate tasks, review their work, and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.11. Identify accounting discrepancies and control gaps, investigate variances, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.12. Maintain accurate and organized financial records and ensure timely data entry and documentation.13. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, banks, and external consultants on accounting and financial matters.14.
