Analyze and improve design methodologies to enhance product efficiency and costeffectiveness. Manage engineering documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports. Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Key Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering 10 to 15 years of experience in engineering roles, preferably in the railway industry. Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of railway components, systems, and manufacturing processes.
