Key Responsibilities:1. Manage billing process: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers for products or services rendered.2. Supervise billing team: Oversee a team of billing clerks to ensure they are efficiently processing invoices and resolving any billing discrepancies.3. Monitor accounts receivable: Track outstanding payments, follow up with customers to collect payments, and resolve any billing issues.4. Job Responsibilities:Search, identify, and apply for tenders on portals like GeM, CPPP, and eProcurement.Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and supporting documents as per tender requirements.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, technical) for pricing and documentation.Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, EMD, PBG, and other tender norms.Maintain proper records of submitted tenders and follow up on results.

Tender/GEM Bid Searching and Filling Bid Preparation- Technical Bid & Price Bid E-Tendering / Reverse Auctions/ Live Auctions Should have proper knowledge of Direct Purchasing , Golden parameters , PAC bids. Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid Submit the documents in stipulated time limits as mentioned in NIT of tenders Coordinate with the respective dept., for document procurement in process of tenders Reporting bidding status online/offline on daily basis MIS Reports for preparation on regular basis regarding participated bids including EMD Details Tracking status of Tenders/Bids offers Follow up with Vendors/OEMs/Departments/Clients for bids/tenders Preparing competitive bidders comparison sheet Maintaining Customer Relationship with existing/new clients Should quote the bid as per the compliance of the bid/tender.
