Monitoring the performance of the HR service delivery team, ensuring that SLAs are metand service quality is maintained at all times. Managing a team of HR service delivery professionals, ensuring that they are trained,motivated, and supported to deliver high-quality services to clients. Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery processes and implementing changesto drive efficiency and effectiveness.
