The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:- Supplier Research: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to find the best sources for products, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.- Purchase Orders Management: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities and specifications to prevent supply chain disruptions.- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels regularly to ensure that necessary items are available while minimizing excess inventory.- Price Negotiation: Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms, aiming to secure the best deals that benefit the company.- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering teamwork and collaboration to ensure a smooth purchasing process.- Market Trends Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends to make informed purchasing decisions that align with company needs and goals.Required Skills and Expectations:- A bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Engineering (B.E) is preferred.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for evaluating suppliers and products.- Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable purchasing terms.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, to manage data effectively.- Good communication skills for interacting with suppliers and team members.- A proactive approach to work with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively to meet deadlines.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrawing Creation: Use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings, based on sketches or design data provided by engineers.Revision and Modification: Revise existing drawings to reflect design changes (redlining), updates, or required dimensional corrections, ensuring all revisions are documented and controlled.Standards and Compliance: Ensure all drawings adhere to required industry codes (e.g., ASME, IS codes), standardized drafting practices, and company quality standards, including correct use of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).Documentation: Organize and maintain a clean digital database of drawing files, specifications, and related documents for easy retrieval and version control.Material Quantification: Assist in calculating material quantities, dimensions, and specifications necessary for the final product or construction project.

Completing all tasks set by the supervisor and assisting wherever possible.Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.Conducting research and collating data.Traveling to different sites and gaining practical experience in new work zones.Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.Observing health and safety guidelines at all times.Attending meetings and workshops.Submitting to all forms of evaluation during the traineeship.Compiling reports and delivering presentations to staff members and other stakeholders.

1. Required 1 Diploma Electrical Candidate & 1 diploma Mechanical Candidate.2. 15/20 days on job Training provided in our Mumbai based company. 3. Salary remuneration will be 10k per month in 6 months probation period. till confirmation on performance basis.4. Own vehicle will be preferable. 5.
