Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:Study the electrical BOQ & SLD, and specifications to prepare accurate estimates for materials, labour and tools / Machinery requirement.Developing and managing the project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for electrical installations.Technical Aspects:To Understand and prepare TDS (Technical Data Sheet).Expert in electrical material specifications.Should have extensive knowledge in HT & LT electrical equipment installations such as HV/LV Substation, Cables laying, Cable trays, lighting activities, point wiring, Street lighting, DB, HT & LT Panels, transformer, Busduct, Termination work. Site Management:Overseeing all aspects of the electrical work on site, including organizing the work areas, managing the team, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Should be able to Manage staff of 40 and workers around 300+Contractor Management:Managing relationships with electrical contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project specifications, timelines, quality standards & billing.Quality Control:Ensuring that all electrical work is completed to the required standards and specifications, including inspections and testing.Safety Management:Implementing and maintaining safety protocols on site, ensuring that all personnel are trained and that work is carried out in a safe manner.Communication and Reporting:Maintaining clear communication with Project coordinator & client and site team and providing regular progress reports - DPR.Problem Solving:Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the project, including design changes, delays, and material shortages.Handover:Coordinating the handover of the electrical installation to the client or commissioning team, ensuring that all documentation is complete and that the system is ready for operation.

We are urgently hiring Senior Electrical Manager with experience in Mining Equipments and the person must have liason with Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board for drawing of Electricity. The person must be a C certificate holder and must be able to speak, read and write in Telugu.
