Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Meeting Management: Proactively manage the MDs diary, scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and organizing agendas.Administrative Support: Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and draft correspondence on behalf of the MD.Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, clients, and staff.Travel & Logistics: Organize comprehensive travel arrangements, including itineraries, flights, accommodation, and visa requirements.Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive corporate, financial, and personnel information with high integrity.Operational Support: Take minutes at meetings, track follow-up actions, and assist in monitoring operational deadlines.Research & Documentation: Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.Experience: Proven experience as an EA, PA, or in a similar high-level administrative role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Soft Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal), multitasking, problem-solving, and time management skills.Attributes: High degree of professionalism, autonomy, and the ability to handle pressure.
