Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect who can handle projects from concept development and design to working drawings and site execution. The candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and site teams to ensure designs are executed as per specifications, timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.

Prepare and review 2D drawings, 3D models and presentation drawings as per project requirements.

Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements, preferences, budgets and project objectives.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design and site execution teams.

Conduct site visits, take measurements and assess existing site conditions.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings and ensure drawings are practical and execution-ready.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants for smooth project execution.

Review shop drawings, material samples and technical details.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drafting.

Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, V-Ray or similar software will be an advantage.

Good understanding of building materials, construction techniques and architectural detailing.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

Strong knowledge of space planning and design principles.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture () from a recognized institute.

Experience

2-5 years of relevant experience in architecture, construction, interior design or turnkey projects preferred.
