Job Summary:The Sampling In charg plays a crucial role by overseeing the preparation, distribution, and quality control of samples. This position ensures that all samples meet client specifications, regulatory standards, and internal quality benchmarks. The role requires close coordination with R&D, production, and sales teams to facilitate efficient sampling processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage the preparation and dispatch of flavor and fragrance samples to clients and internal teams.Ensure all samples adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.Maintain accurate records of sampling activities, including formulations, batch details, and client feedback.Collaborate with R&D and production teams to optimize sampling processes and improve efficiency.Monitor and manage inventory of raw materials and sampling supplies.Implement and refine sampling protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy.Address and resolve any issues related to sampling and dispatch including troubleshooting formulation discrepancies.
