maintain accurate records of sampling activities, including formulations, batch details, and client feedback.

collaborate with r&d and production teams to optimize sampling processes and improve efficiency.

monitor and manage inventory of raw materials and sampling supplies.

implement and refine sampling protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy.

address and resolve any issues related to sampling and dispatch including troubleshooting formulation discrepancies.
