Creation of Material Master & Maintenance in SAP2. Inventory management for all distribution plants3. Sales Order creation & Processing of Invoices in SAP4. Generation of E-invoice and Ewaybill5. Stock Transfers / Distribution / Transportation6. Posting Payments / Receipts entries against Sales in SAP7. Preparation of MIS report Stock reports, etc.8. Follow -up for payment, stock availability and dispatches.

Manage dispatch operations and shipment scheduling.Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics teams.Prepare dispatch documentation, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.Track shipments and update customers regarding delivery status.Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement.Coordinate with transporters and courier partners.Resolve dispatch-related issues and delays.Required SkillsKnowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under deadlines.

Job description Overall responsible for Packing and dispatch activities. Ensure finished goods are packed and dispatched on time and in accordance with quality requirements. Ensuring vehicles and drivers comply with legal requirements. Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries. Preparation of packing lists, Invoices and other dispatch documents for customers. Plan and implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes. Analyse and determine all standards for packing and ensure compliance. Keeping the necessary records for all packing materialsRequired Skills Candidates must have experience of engineering products or manufacturing set-up related to industrial machinery. Must be computer savvy in excel, word, MS office. Tally will be an added advantage.
