Packing & Dispatch Executive

Job description

· Overall responsible for Packing and dispatch activities.

· Ensure finished goods are packed and dispatched on time and in accordance with quality requirements.

· Ensuring vehicles and drivers comply with legal requirements.

· Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.

· Preparation of packing lists, Invoices and other dispatch documents for customers.

· Plan and implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.

· Analyse and determine all standards for packing and ensure compliance.

· Keeping the necessary records for all packing materials

Required Skills

· Candidates must have experience of engineering products or manufacturing set-up related to industrial machinery.

· Must be computer savvy in excel, word, MS office.

· Tally will be an added advantage.
