The role involves handling government, corporate, and commercial clients, ensuring solution-based selling.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities in assigned territory (Jharkhand / Bihar)Promote and sell:Xerox Mono & Colour MFDsProduction Printers (Light & Mid Production)Post-press equipment (binding, cutting, label cutting, etc.)Understand customer requirements and recommend cost-effective solutions (Capex / CPC models)Conduct product demos and technical presentationsPrepare techno-commercial proposals, tenders (GeM / Govt.), and quotationsHandle negotiations and close orders profitablyCoordinate with Xerox and internal service/logistics teams for smooth executionManage key accounts and ensure repeat business (AMCs / FSMA / consumables)Track competition and pricing trends in the marketKey Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of Office Automation / Printing IndustryAbility to handle institutional & government customersGood understanding of cost-per-copy (CPC) and contract-based sellingExcellent communication, presentation & negotiation skillsBasic IT/networking knowledge for device integrationQualification & ExperienceDiploma / B.Tech / BE (Electronics / IT / Mechanical preferred)2-5 years experience in Office Automation / Copier / Printing industry (preferred)Experience in handling Xerox / similar OEM products will be an advantageKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly & quarterly sales target achievementNew account acquisition (Govt. / Corporate / Commercial)Conversion of enquiries into ordersRevenue from AMCs / FSMA / consumablesCustomer retention & repeat businessReporting ToSales Manager / DirectorLocationJamshedpur
