Prepare layouts for walls, ceilings, partitions, doors, windows, covings, and accessories. Understand requirements related to panel thickness, core materials, skins, profiles, joints, and finishes. Coordinate design requirements for cleanroom doors, vision panels, pass boxes, and other allied products where applicable. Ensure designs meet project specifications and customer requirements. Engineering Drawings & Documentation Prepare detailed GA drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and installation drawings. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), cutting lists, material specifications, and quantity take-offs. Maintain proper revision control and ensure updated drawings are issued to relevant departments. Incorporate customer comments and engineering changes into drawings. Prepare technical documentation required for production and project execution. Coordination Coordinate with Project, Production, Purchase, Quality, and Installation teams for smooth execution. Discuss design requirements and technical issues with customers, consultants, and project teams when required. Work with production teams to resolve fabrication-related design issues.
