Counsellor Job Details1. School Camp Visits:Visit school screening camp sites to provide counselling to teachers and students about eye health, importance of vision correction, and follow-up care.2. Tele-Counselling:Contact parents over the phone to inform them about their childs eye health status, provide guidance on treatment or spectacle use, and motivate them for follow-up visits if required.3.Referral Data Maintenance:Maintain proper records of referred students, update follow-up status, and share data with the program team as required.4.Follow-Up and Coordination:Ensure that all referred students visit the hospital or the nearest Primary Eye Care Centre (Vision Center) in their catchment area for further check-up or treatment.

Job Description: IIAS Education Group, Siliguri is searching for engaged telecaller to boost sales by calling prospective students. The data for calling will be provided along with the training for better understanding of the process. During the call, the telecaller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and motivate them to enroll in the courses of the IIAS Education Group. The candidate need to source data for additional members of the team and need to work as a team. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
