Job Title: Field Marketing Executive Location: Cuttack / Bhubaneswar /Balasore Company: HealthMEU & MedMEU (Medmeu Infotech Pvt. Ltd.)Industry: HealthTech Medical Supply B2B SalesRole Objective:We are hiring field marketing executives who will be responsible for visiting healthcare clients (labs, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, doctors) and generating business for our software (HealthMEU) and B2B supply platform (MedMEU). This is a target-driven, revenue-focused role with no desk workpurely field-based operations.Key Responsibilities:Daily field visits to meet 610 prospective clients across your territory.Promote and sell HealthMEU software: Pathology, Pharmacy, Hospital & Clinic Management Systems.Promote MedMEU: Medical & Surgical supply platform for hospitals and pharmacies.Generate leads, do cold visits, follow up regularly, and close sales.Identify revenue opportunities and convert them into sales.Achieve monthly sales targets (software subscriptions + product orders).Provide daily reports and updates to your reporting manager.Build relationships and act as the first point of contact for the client.Candidate Profile:Minimum 1 year of field sales/marketing experience in Pharma, Diagnostic, Insurance, FMCG, or Software.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Must have a bike and a smartphone.Must be target-oriented and revenue-driven.Basic understanding of healthcare/medical field is a plus.What We Offer:Fixed Salary + High Incentives on every salePerformance BonusesDaily Travel Allowance (TA/DA)Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing healthtech startupCertification and training support
