The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for managing and supervising construction projects at our site in Sholinganallur. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering and have a strong interest in civil construction. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Site Supervision:** Oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensuring all work is carried out safely and according to plans.- **Quality Control:** Monitor construction quality to ensure that all work meets industry standards and project specifications.- **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with various teams, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth workflow and communication.- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, safety checks, and material usage.- **Problem-Solving:** Identify any issues that arise on-site and find effective solutions to keep the project on track.- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure all safety protocols are followed by onsite workers to minimize risks and accidents.Required skills and expectations include:- A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work in a team and liaise with different stakeholders.- Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations to perform effectively in supervising tasks.- Strong problem-solving abilities to address onsite challenges efficiently.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices in civil engineering.- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
