The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for managing and supervising construction projects at our site in Sholinganallur. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have a strong interest in civil construction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Site Supervision:** Oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensuring all work is carried out safely and according to plans.

- **Quality Control:** Monitor construction quality to ensure that all work meets industry standards and project specifications.

- **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with various teams, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, safety checks, and material usage.

- **Problem-Solving:** Identify any issues that arise on-site and find effective solutions to keep the project on track.

- **Safety Compliance:** Ensure all safety protocols are followed by onsite workers to minimize risks and accidents.

Required skills and expectations include:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work in a team and liaise with different stakeholders.
