Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Site Engineer (Fresher) to join our on-site team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in construction and site management. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to contribute to project success under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily on-site activities to ensure project progress and quality.

Support senior engineers in monitoring construction work and site execution.

Review and understand construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.

Help prepare daily reports, materials records, and basic documentation.

Coordinate with on-site workers, contractors, and suppliers.

Assist in quality checks and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Attend project meetings and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.

Report any issues or delays to senior engineers for resolution.
