The Field Collection Executives will be responsible for collecting/recovering payments from customers who has taken any short of loans, however, have failed/missed to make the repayment by visiting door to door and return the collected amount back to the bank branch.- The Field sales Executives will be responsible for Insurance sales and up sale by either visiting to prospect customers home or by calling them.- The candidate should be fluent in English & Tamil Language for Chennai, English & Kannada Language for Bangalore & English & Hindi Language for Pune- The candidates Minimum Education should be class 10 pass for Collection Executives and 12th Pass for Sales Executive along with 12 months of sales experience or Graduate Freshers- The candidates should have their own 2-wheeler along with driving license- The candidate should be ready to work in Field as well as from Office- The candidates will have work 6 days in a week with 1-day rotational week off- Shift timings will be any 9 hours of shift between 6AM - 8PM- Salary range will be maximum 16.5K PM for Field Collection Executive Chennai and maximum of 24K PM for Field Sales executive for both Chennai and Bangalore, along with additional petrol allowance
