*Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts.

*Follow up on previous payment arrangements and commitments.

* Negotiate payment plans and schedules that are acceptable to both the company and the customer.

*Persuade customers to make payments on their overdue accounts.

*Keep accurate records of all calls, conversations, and payment arrangements.

Salary-12 to 14k, both freshers and experienced
