Collection executive(Tele caller)

Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts.

Follow up on previous payment arrangements and commitments.

Negotiate payment plans and schedules that are acceptable to both the company and the customer.

Persuade customers to make payments on their overdue accounts.

Keep accurate records of all calls, conversations, and payment arrangements.

Salary-12 to 14k, both freshers and experienced
