The ideal candidate will have:A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Loans Collections, with a focus on hard collections, including NPA or write-off cases, and handling cases with DPD (Days Past Due) exceeding 90 days. The candidate must also be well-versed in managing ticket sizes of a minimum of 7-10 lakhs.
