HIRING: TELECALLER - LOAN COLLECTION

### About the Role

We are looking for Telecallers to handle loan collection and recovery calls. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting customers over the phone regarding pending loan payments and assisting with payment follow-ups.

### Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan payments and dues.

* Follow up with customers for loan repayment and recovery.

* Communicate payment details and due information clearly to customers.

* Remind customers about overdue/pending payments.

* Understand customer responses and record relevant information accurately.

* Follow up with customers as per the assigned collection schedule.

* Maintain proper records of calls and collection follow-ups.

* Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and collection targets.

### Mandatory Requirements

* Telugu speaking is mandatory.

* Good verbal communication skills.

* Basic Hindi and English communication skills.

* Comfortable making frequent outbound collection calls.

* Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

* Willing to work full-time from the Begumpet, Hyderabad location.
