- Understand process improvement, component identification, material identificationand inventory awareness.- Reduce lead times by following Preset & Set-up processes.- May set-up, operate, and maintain drill press, and turret lathe.- Set-up, operate and maintain 1 or more CNC machines.- Work from production orders to perform designated operations.- Maintain acceptable quality and quantity levels.- Assist with bar stock put away, cut bar stock materials, clean parts, separate andmaintain waste chips & daily scrap levels.- Process all necessary adjustments to machines. (Including Offset Wear & Geometry)- Maintain coolant levels and oil levels on all machines.- Follow work order, blueprint and standard instructions during machine set up.- Change collets, tool inserts, tool blocks and tool holders.- Perform basic level maintenance on machines as directed.- Enter programs for pre-programmed parts.- Eliminate non-value added activities.- Maintain safe work environment by following company safety procedures.- Perform other duties as assigned.Note :-- Accommodation available free of costfree wi-fi

The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, loading raw materials, monitoring machining operations, and ensuring quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce components as per engineering drawings and specifications.Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.Select appropriate tools, offsets, and fixtures.Monitor machining operations, make necessary adjustments to speeds, feeds, and tooling.Perform in-process inspection using gauges, micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools.Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and reporting malfunctions.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.Document production data, quality checks, and machine issues.Work closely with programmers and engineers for process improvements.Adhere to company quality standards and ISO procedures.Qualifications:Experience: 13 years operating CNC lathes (Sliding head or fixed head, as applicable).Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Machinist preferred.
