We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to set up and operate CNC lathes for the production of precision components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, loading raw materials, monitoring machining operations, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce components as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.

Select appropriate tools, offsets, and fixtures.

Monitor machining operations, make necessary adjustments to speeds, feeds, and tooling.

Perform in-process inspection using gauges, micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.

Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and reporting malfunctions.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Document production data, quality checks, and machine issues.

Work closely with programmers and engineers for process improvements.

Adhere to company quality standards and ISO procedures.

Qualifications:

Experience: 13 years operating CNC lathes (Sliding head or fixed head, as applicable).

Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Machinist preferred.
