Technical Drawing: Ability to interpret 2D engineering drawings and visualize them as 3D parts to understand dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.

Precision Measurement: Mastery of metrology tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify that finished parts meet strict quality standards.

CNC Programming Basics: Proficiency in G-code and M-code, the primary languages used to command machine movements and auxiliary functions.

CAD/CAM Software: Familiarity with design and manufacturing software (., Mastercam, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks) to translate digital models into machine instructions.

Machine Setup & Operation: Hands-on ability to install tools, load raw materials, calibrate equipment, and run production cycles on lathes, mills, or grinders.
