CNC Maintenance Job Vacancies in Agra

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in Agra. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in CNC programming and a strong understanding of machine operations.Key Responsibilities:- Programming CNC Machines: Create precise CNC programs by interpreting technical drawings and specifications to meet production requirements.- Setup and Calibration: Set up CNC machines, including tool installation and calibration, to ensure accurate machining of parts.- Monitoring Production: Oversee the machining process, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency throughout the production cycle.- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues with CNC machinery to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they conform to specifications and maintain high standards.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, including travel paths, cutting speeds, and job changes for future reference.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a solid understanding of CNC programming languages, such as G-code. The ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is essential. Proficiency in using measurement tools like calipers and micrometers is expected. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities are essential, as the role involves collaboration with other team members in a full-time office setting. Need cnc programmer and setter who has knowledge of CNC and vmc, have worked on fanuc controller and have basic maintenance knowledge . should be experienced and smart to plan the production along with the daily work managment.
