The Customer Success Associate (CSA) is a high-energy strategy-focused customer advisor responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. The Implementation Executive has direct responsibility for managing implementation at client place from end-to-end, raising issues to the Implementation Manager as required for resolution or escalation. This position is responsible for the organization and delivery of software product implementation, with the assistance of the Product Support/ Technical team. While being predominantly internally focused, this position requires a strong communication bridge between all departments, and the client, in order to execute and deliver a successful implementation. As this role is client facing, strong interpersonal skills are required and a commitment to delivering the highest level of client service. Security of our clients data is paramount and the role requires a 'Security First' mindset. The role also requires a good working knowledge of Windows, iOS and Android operating systems for laptops, desktops and mobile devices.Key responsibilities:1.
