the responsibilities would primarily include the outbound, inbound & online chat processes.  day shift

 freshers with good communication and understanding of sales are most welcome!!!

 outbound process: upsell & cross-sell executive and certification courses

 inbound process: attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.  online chat process: be available to address any query coming through online chat mode.  responsible for converting telephone enquiries into admissions.  responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines. requirements:

 good communication skills

 self-motivated & confident approach

 assertive & hardworking

training will be provided. fixed salary + incentives + rewards

job type: full-time

salary: 17k inhand

education qualification: -  graduates (in any stream) & amp; post graduates can also apply.  candidate pursuing academics are not eligible.
