Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Maintaining an accurate record of construction activity and Labour attendance. Enforce all safety regulations on site to ensure works are performed safely. Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations. Inspect materials that are delivered on site to ensure adherence to specifications. Procure construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by materials shortage. Supervise workmen to ensure that work is performed safely and on time. Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures. Maintains Sub Contractor work in timely manner. (Take care of work start at early morning)
