Civil Site Supervisor

 Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

 Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

 Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

 Maintaining an accurate record of construction activity and Labour attendance.

 Enforce all safety regulations on site to ensure works are performed safely.

 Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.

 Inspect materials that are delivered on site to ensure adherence to specifications.

 Procure construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by materials shortage.

 Supervise workmen to ensure that work is performed safely and on time.

 Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures. Maintains Sub Contractor work in timely manner. (Take care of work start at early morning)
