Identifying potential Channel Partners and bringing the Potential Channel Partners on Board.2. Provided all the required information of the project to the clients & Channel Partners with every detail.3. Providing the highest service inquiries in a courteous manner.4. Preparation of day-to-day reports on the status of leasing activities.5. Have been successfully able to lease 78,500 sq ft approx of Retail & Office SpaceDocumentation1 . Preparing LOI, sharing Lease & CAM agreements, and arranging final discussions between both parties for closing the deal.2. Day-to-day involvement between the legal and the client to reach a common ground to give closer to the agreement.3. Discuss various points of Lease & CAM Agreements with the Legal team & Clients.4. Bridging the gap between accounts and admin team by continuous communication and by maintaining, and updating all lease agreements and ancillary documents for all the references.Fit-Outs - Coordinating with the clients to get all the drawings for work permits to start the fit-outs1. Helping in solving the hurdles faced by the clients during their fit-out period to successfully accomplish their mission of completing and making the unit functional.2. Getting Involved with the project team for Drawings, Civil & MEP updates.3. Ensuring all the leasing process runs smoothly from the first meeting to closures through team efforts across departments (legal, operations, and finance).4. Managing the unified methods for delivery and completion of leasing transactions.Events & Marketing Promotion (Online and Offline) - Coordination with the Advertising Company and Event management company on day to day basis for Advertisements, Online marketing presence, and on-ground activation.1. Maintained high-quality relations with Advertising agencies and vendors for day-to-day brand & creative needs to accomplish every detailed requirement like (social media, Brochures, Newspaper Advertisements, Event Invites, Brands launch invites) for the advant and uptown.2. Co-ordinated and conceptualized all the events with all the vendors (Neha and Flags) for dcor - artist management and internal teams for all the events (Xmas, New year, Republic Day, Valentine week, Independence week) to make them successful.3 . Established new contacts by personally meeting with all the surrounding residential societies marketing and admin team to aware them and their residents about uptownand upcoming events for more gatherings on the day of events
