Die Assembly: Assemble the dies & plate according to engineering drawings. Utilize machining toolssuch as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM machines to shape, cut, and finish dies withprecision.Die Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular maintenance and repair of existing dies to ensure optimalperformance and longevity. Perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustmentsor repairs to maintain die functionality.Die Adjustment: Set up and adjust dies and tooling to achieve desired casting specifications, includingdimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material integrity. Fine-tune die settings based on feedbackfrom production processes and quality inspections.Quality Control: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to verify casting quality and identify areas forimprovement. Conduct dimensional inspections, analyze defects, and implement corrective actions toenhance casting quality and consistency.Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance die design,manufacturing processes, and tooling technologies.
