### **Key Responsibilities**

* Drive B2B sales and business development in automotive, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.

* Develop new clients and strengthen existing customer relationships.

* Plan and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business growth.

* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.

* Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and manage customer negotiations.

### **Requirements**

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.

* 5+ years of sales & marketing experience in Aluminium Gravity Die Casting or a similar manufacturing industry.

* Strong knowledge of die casting processes and B2B sales.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
