The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in engineering (B.E).Key Responsibilities:- Oversee Maintenance Operations: Manage daily maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning properly.- Develop Maintenance Strategies: Create long-term plans for equipment upkeep, including scheduled repairs and preventive measures to avoid breakdowns.- Team Management: Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and efficiency.- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring all activities are completed cost-effectively while maintaining high standards.- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and best practices to foster a safe work environment.- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on maintenance performance metrics, using data to identify areas for improvement.- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services for maintenance activities.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must have strong technical knowledge in maintenance practices, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, as the Maintenance Head will work closely with various teams.
