Urgent Requirement For Maintenance Head

We are looking for a Maintenance Head to oversee all maintenance activities and ensure the upkeep of our facilities in Chakan. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in engineering ().

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Maintenance Operations: Manage daily maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning properly.

- Develop Maintenance Strategies: Create long-term plans for equipment upkeep, including scheduled repairs and preventive measures to avoid breakdowns.

- Team Management: Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and efficiency.

- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring all activities are completed cost-effectively while maintaining high standards.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and best practices to foster a safe work environment.

- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on maintenance performance metrics, using data to identify areas for improvement.

- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services for maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Expectations:
