Urgent Requirement For Maintenance Head

Note - CASTING manufacturing Maintenance experience We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to oversee our maintenance operations in Chakan Pune. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in maintenance management and a strong educational background.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Supervise Maintenance Team**: Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the tools and training needed to perform their jobs effectively.

- **Develop Maintenance Strategies**: Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime and extend the life of machinery.

- **Manage Repairs**: Oversee the diagnosis and repair of equipment malfunctions, ensuring repairs are done efficiently and safely.

- **Budget Management**: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective practices while maintaining high-quality standards.

- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety within the team.

- **Collaboration with Other Departments**: Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure maintenance activities align with operational goals.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive in problem-solving, able to work under pressure, and committed to continuous improvement of maintenance processes. A graduate degree is required, and only male candidates will be considered due to training needs.
