We are looking to scale our security / IT-solutions business and seeking a dynamic sales leader. Role Overview As the Sales / BDM (Business Development Manager) for Security & IT-Solutions, you will drive growth of our security product & service portfolio including cyber-security services, digital transformation solutions, and overseas projects. Your role will span lead generation, partner / channel development, overseas market expansion, and closing high-value deals. You will represent Siprahub in both Indian and international markets, build strong collaborations, and translate market needs into business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach and secure new business opportunities in domestic (India) and overseas markets for Siprahubs security / cybersecurity and IT services portfolio. Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients, system integrators, distributors, partners, and overseas customers. Present solutions, conduct demonstrations, craft technical/business proposals, and negotiate contracts. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet/exceed targets for revenue, number of new clients, partner onboarding, and market penetration. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, new segments, and overseas expansion potential. Work closely with internal teams (technical, delivery, marketing) to customise solutions, gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, webinars, partner events, and overseas business meetings to promote Siprahubs offerings. Prepare and maintain pipeline reports, sales forecasts, performance dashboards and present to senior management. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related). MBA preferred. 5-8 years proven track record in B2B sales/business development of security products/services (cybersecurity, network security, access control, surveillance, etc.) or IT solutions (software, digital transformation) preferably with some export/overseas exposure. Strong understanding of partner/channel sales, overseas business development, reseller/distributor models. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Comfortable travelling within India and internationally (as required) for client meetings, partner visits, and exhibitions. Self-driven, target-oriented, able to operate independently as well as collaborate across teams. Familiarity with tendering, RFP/RFI processes, and export business would be an advantage.
