A Song Distribution Head is responsible for managing music content distribution across various digital platforms such as streaming services, and social media platforms. The Head works with music labels and artists to ensure that their music is released and distributed in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the music industry.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with music labels and artists to plan and execute digital distribution strategies for their music.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the music industry, including digital distributors, streaming services, and online retailers.Coordinate and manage music content delivery to various platforms, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.Monitor music performance on various platforms and provide regular reports and analyses to labels and artists.Manage and negotiate licensing agreements with digital distributors and streaming services.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in music distribution technology.Provide guidance and support to labels and artists on best practices for music distribution and promotion.Oversee the metadata management, including album and track information, for all music content.Ensure compliance with copyright laws and regulations in all distribution efforts.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in the music business, marketing, or a related field.Strong understanding of the music industry, including trends, platforms, and key players.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with labels, artists, and digital distributors.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights and recommendation

Responsible for new lead generation, cold calling, etc to generate qualified leads and setsales appointments.Responsible for making outbound calls and driving business acquisition and scaling up clients.Leveraging email to engage target prospects.Approaching new clients for business developments.Close prospects over phone, email, and in-person.Interacting with target prospects and providing a high-level value proposition to schedule a meeting.Managing social media tools for inbound prospect development.Tracking monthly/quarterly and annual revenue goals.
